For gentle cleaning: Apply with your fingertips, massaging gently. Remove gently and without rubbing, using a tissue or a damp cotton towel. Finish with a spray of Avène Thermal Spring Water. Gently dry.

I am so sad to see this wonderful cleanser be discontinued! It is so difficult to find products to use when you have very sensitive skin and this was one I used for years. The new replacement cleanser causes redness and discomfort to my face and skin. Please consider bringing this product back! Thank you
This product is ideal for dry skin and/or for eczema specially during flare ups. The product is very calming without any reactions or tingling sensation on the inflamed zones of eczema and the texture is very smooth on the skin. I defenetly recommand +++
This product has been a god-send for me! I was suffering from rosacea flare and nothing was working to help heal/clear up my skin……..until this! Worth every penny!!!
This product is great for sensitive skin that has had a reaction to other HG products like the Cervae face wash. I don't recommend leaving on the skin as the instructions say to do. I wash it off and then use the thermale spray and a few layers of the recovery cream.
This is a leave-on lotion, so we recommend not rinsing it off with tap water, as this can often be too harsh on reactive skin. If you do want to rinse it off, make sure you simply finish off with a generous spray of Avène Thermal Spring Water to remove the limescale and chlorine found in tap water.
Yes, Tolérance Extremely Gentle Cleanser has the advantage of containing very little oil to suit combination skin and having a gel-like texture to be comfortable for dry skin.
With reactive or hypersensitive skin, it’s best to be generous in order to gently cleanse and remove make-up from the face. A hazelnut-sized amount is recommended for the face.
