You can certainly apply the Cold Cream Nourishing Lip Balm as a base before your lipstick. It will keep your lips comfortable and help your lipstick last longer.
The Cold Cream Nourishing Lip Balm can be applied in the evening and is even recommended to nourish the lips more intensely.
