Hello, I bought the toning lotion for dry skin. From Ulta. It is a good simple product. Smells good, feels good, cleans good. I also use the milk cleanser.
I've been using this toner for over 3+ years. It does an excellent job in removing excess makeup while NEVER drying out my face. I've used many other toners with a higher price tag and they do not even compare. Previously I suffered from chin acne and it made a huge difference in controlling my breakouts. I highly recommend this product.
If your skin is dry and not oily when you wake up, you can use the Gentle Toning Lotion just before applying your cream. However, if you have combination or oily skin, I recommend using a cleanser before.
